Methodology
There are two main strands to the methodology; creating a
therapeutic milieu. - All staff are dedicated to creating an environment that
promotes positive growth experiences for young people. Atonement where routines
and logical and consistent. An environment where staff engage with young people
to challenge and confront negative and stereotypical thinking. An environment
where communication and teamwork are the outcomes.
